NEENJAZ ARE ON THE LOOSE!

Hello all, I'm still on the road, but working as always on the next thing. That next thing is NEENJAZ! (It's like say NINJA but instead, emphasize “NEEN” and end with a “Z”, why? WHY NOT!) This is an exclusive look at the series before it goes live in September for everyone, but you get to read it first. Also, the complete series will be here for all subscribers to read ahead of the web series.

So this is a bit of a weirdo project I decided to take on.

If you follow me you know I’m a big fan of Benjamin Marra, a cartoonist who does some amazing comics and writes about the process very well. (Check him out here and here https://www.patreon.com/whatwemeanbyyesterday and here

WHAT WE MEAN BY YESTERDAY
The Daily Comic Strip

) Along with other creators like Nate McDonough ( https://www.patreon.com/Grixly) make these comics sort of off the cuff, ink on paper, and bam, emphasizing telling stories and getting the level out.

I love this.

In a sense, it’s pure comics, unfiltered, unwatered down, where yes art takes a bit of a back seat but it’s all about the story, which doesn’t suffers. If you read part or the whole of What We Mean By Yesterday, you’ll get into the sort of existential crisis after existential crisis which goes everywhere and anywhere, that it’s UFN to read.

Remember that? FUN in comics.

It’s what I’m doing here.

I have an old saying I tell other creators which Feel becomes more and more real as I make more comics: if you don’t have fun making it, people will not have fun reading it. So I hope to show that fun to you here, right now.

So I have it set up to roll above for side swipe reading and below on the panel grid. Read and enjoy:
